Dust Mite Cleaning: A Practical Home Upkeep Guide

Dust and household priorities

Dusting can be included for accessible surfaces in the agreed rooms. Point out delicate items, shelves that should be left alone and any areas that need additional attention.

Make accessible surfaces easier to clean

Clear small items from the surfaces you want cleaned. Tell the office about shelves, baseboards, furniture access and delicate finishes. Everyday vacuuming, dusting and floor cleaning should be distinguished from mattress treatments or specialist upholstery work. A service name does not establish that those tasks are included. Share the current condition of the home so the quote can reflect realistic priorities.

Discuss products before the visit

We use one standard line of professional cleaning products. We don’t supply a separate eco-friendly or pet-friendly product line. If you want a specific product used, please supply it and discuss it with the office before the visit. The team may decline products that aren’t suitable for the task or surface.

Choose a recurring rhythm

Weekly, biweekly and monthly visits can support different households. Consider how your rooms are used and what upkeep you can manage between appointments. The first visit may have different priorities from later maintenance. A consistent schedule helps you plan your time, but it does not guarantee a particular medical or environmental result. Review the areas that matter most as your household changes.

Know the pricing and communication

Residential Regular, Deep and Move-In or Move-Out cleaning start at $180 for the first hour with a team of three. Additional time is $180 per hour for the whole team, prorated at $3 per minute. For new recurring residential quotes, weekly service receives 15% off, biweekly 10% and monthly 5%, starting with the second cleaning. The discount applies to the first-hour minimum and additional time. Existing clients keep their agreed pricing. For home visits, we send a message when we are on our way and another when cleaning is finished.
