Pricing starts at $180
Every visit starts at $180, which covers the first hour with a team of three. In that time we do our standard cleaning (kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, floors and surfaces), or we spend it on whatever matters most to you: beds made, laundry folded, inside the oven or fridge, interior windows, baseboards. After that we bill $180 per hour for the three person team, prorated to the minute, so you only pay for the time we are actually in your home.
Rates shown are minimums for residential service. Your final quote depends on the size of your home, its condition, and any add-ons.

Who provides your house cleaning Seattle services?
Cleaning visits use a team of three. The office confirms the appointment details and team arrangements. Share any access instructions, product preferences or surface care requirements before the visit.
How does communication with your company work?

Is there anything I should prepare before the cleaners arrive?
Put away personal belongings and let us know about items or areas the team should not touch. Please provide access instructions before the visit and secure pets that may block entry, disrupt the work or leave through an open door.
Do I have to be at home during the service?
You do not need to be home if entry access has been agreed with the office. Share any key, door code, alarm or building instructions before the visit. You are responsible for providing access during the confirmed arrival window.
When should I expect your team?
The office provides an arrival time or window with your appointment confirmation. Exact timing can change with traffic, route conditions or an earlier job. We send a message when the team is on the way to your home.
What exactly is an arrival window?
An arrival window is the period stated in your confirmation when the team is expected to arrive. The office confirms the window for your appointment. Exact arrival times can shift with traffic, route conditions or other delays.
What happens if something gets damaged during cleaning?
If you believe an item or surface was damaged, notify the office in writing within 24 hours with the service details, a description and any photos or videos. We review the circumstances under our service policies and applicable insurance. Reporting a concern does not establish fault or guarantee a particular outcome.
What if part of the cleaning is missed?
Tell the office within 24 hours after the service, with the appointment details and a description of the concern. After review, we may arrange to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. Reporting a concern does not automatically provide a refund, credit or free future service.
What is included in the team rate?
Published hourly rates apply to the entire three-person team, not to each cleaner. The minimum covers the first hour. Time after the first hour is billed by the minute, with any eligible recurring discount and approved additional charges taken into account. Existing clients keep their agreed rates.
Are there tasks you don’t perform?
Standard home cleaning covers agreed kitchen, bathroom, dusting, floor and surface tasks. Discuss priorities such as making beds, folding laundry, oven or fridge interiors, dishes, interior windows or baseboards before scheduling. For hourly service, agreed additional tasks count toward the time. Established recurring flat-rate clients may have fixed add-on prices for occasional tasks outside their usual scope. We do not offer ironing, heavy decluttering, carpet extraction or shampooing, upholstery deep cleaning, pressure washing or exterior window cleaning.
Do I need to supply the cleaning products?
We use one standard professional cleaning product line. We do not supply a separate eco-friendly or pet-friendly product line. If you want a particular product used, please provide it and discuss it with us before the visit. The team may decline a product that is unsuitable for the task or surface.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Please give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule. Short-notice changes and lockouts may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. New appointment times depend on availability and office confirmation. See the Terms of Service for the courtesy-waiver conditions.
What if my cleaning date lands on a holiday?
Contact the office to confirm availability if your preferred cleaning date falls on a holiday. An alternative date needs to be agreed and confirmed before it becomes a scheduled appointment.
How can I pay for the service?
Payment is due on the day of your cleaning. We accept credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App and bank transfer. We also keep a valid card saved in your secure client portal, normally at least 48 hours before your visit. Saving a card never charges you by itself. Check or cash can work too, but those are approved case by case in advance, so just ask us before your cleaning.
Can I request particular cleaning products?
We use one standard professional cleaning product line. We do not supply a separate eco-friendly or pet-friendly product line. If you want a particular product used, please provide it and discuss it with us before the visit. The team may decline a product that is unsuitable for the task or surface.
Why does the first cleaning take longer?
The time needed depends on the current condition, rooms, access and agreed tasks. A first visit may involve more buildup or additional priorities. Recurring visits are planned around the work needed for your home, rather than a guaranteed completion time.
How often can I book cleanings?
Home cleaning options include weekly, biweekly and monthly visits, as well as deep cleaning, move-in or move-out cleaning and Airbnb cleaning. Contact the office to discuss scope and availability. A requested appointment is not confirmed until approved.
How are cleaning visits priced?
Regular, deep and move-in or move-out residential cleaning starts at $180 for the first hour with a team of three. Additional time is $180 per hour for the entire team, prorated at $3 per minute. Eligible recurring residential discounts start with the second cleaning: weekly 15%, biweekly 10% and monthly 5%, including the first-hour minimum. Commercial cleaning is $225 per hour with a $225 first-hour minimum and $3.75 per minute after that. Post-construction cleaning is $300 per hour with a $300 first-hour minimum and $5 per minute after that. Existing clients keep agreed rates. Approved additional charges may apply.
Will the same team always come to my home?
The office confirms the team arrangements for each appointment. Let us know about access instructions, cleaning priorities and any areas that need specific care before the visit.
Do your cleaners accept gratuities?
Gratuities are optional and are not required for service.
Are you comfortable working with pets?
Please tell the office about pets before the visit. Pets that may block entry, disrupt the work or escape through an open door should be secured. We use a standard professional product line, not a separate pet-friendly line. Any specific product you want used must be provided by you and discussed in advance.
How can I share my feedback?
Contact the office with feedback about your visit. You may also share your experience in a public review. Cleaning concerns should be reported within the timeframe stated in our service policies.
