Every visit starts at $159, which covers the first 1 hour and 20 minutes with a team of two. In that time we do our standard cleaning (kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, floors and surfaces), or we spend it on whatever matters most to you: beds made, laundry folded, inside the oven or fridge, interior windows, baseboards. After that we bill $120 per hour for the two person team, prorated to the minute, so you only pay for the time we are actually in your home.

Rates shown are minimums for residential service. Your final quote depends on the size of your home, its condition, and any add-ons.

What happens if something gets damaged during cleaning?

Though uncommon, accidents are possible. Should any damage occur, we’ll work to repair or replace it. As a licensed and insured business, we handle all claims responsibly.

What if part of the cleaning is missed?

If you notice an overlooked area, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll come back to address it at no extra charge.

Am I responsible for taxes, insurance, or worker coverage?

No. All employee-related obligations are managed by Smart Cleaning Service. Since we are licensed and insured, you’ll never be held liable.

Are there tasks you don’t perform?

Our specialty is residential cleaning, and we’re flexible about what we focus on. Within your booked time we can make beds, fold laundry, clean inside the oven or fridge, do the dishes, wash interior windows or detail baseboards. Just tell us what matters most when you book. If you’re on a recurring flat rate, occasional extras like inside the oven, inside the fridge, dishwashing or the fireplace are add-ons with set prices, and we’ll always confirm before doing them. What we don’t take on is ironing, heavy decluttering and carpet cleaning.

Do I need to supply the cleaning products?

No. We bring our own professional products and equipment. If you prefer we use your supplies, let us know and we’ll gladly accommodate.

What if I need to change my appointment?

We know unexpected things happen. Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a cancellation charge, and we’ll gladly reschedule at a time that works best for you.

What if my cleaning date lands on a holiday?

If your appointment falls on a holiday, we’ll reach out in advance to arrange an alternative day that suits your schedule.

How can I pay for the service?

Payment is due on the day of your cleaning. We accept credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App and bank transfer. We also keep a valid card saved in your secure client portal, normally at least 48 hours before your visit. Saving a card never charges you by itself. Check or cash can work too, but those are approved case by case in advance, so just ask us before your cleaning.

Do you provide eco-friendly cleaning options?

We don’t provide a separate eco-friendly product line. If you prefer specific products, you can supply them and let us know before your cleaning. We may decline a product if our team cannot use it safely.

Why does the first cleaning take longer?

Our initial visit is usually more detailed since we bring your home up to our high standard, tackling built-up dust, grime, and residue. After that, maintenance cleanings are quicker and easier to schedule.

How often can I book cleanings?

We’re flexible and offer weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits, as well as deep cleans, move-in/move-out services, and Airbnb turnovers. We’ll adapt to your needs.

Do you have competitive pricing?

Yes. We offer premium cleaning backed by a licensed and insured company. Our rates are customized based on your home’s size, condition, and unique cleaning requirements.

Will the same team always come to my home?

We aim for consistency by assigning the same cleaners whenever possible. If a team member is unavailable, we’ll send a fully trained substitute.

Do your cleaners accept gratuities?

Tips are never expected but always appreciated. Many clients choose to give a little extra after each visit or during the holiday season.

Are you comfortable working with pets?

Absolutely. We enjoy being around pets and can clean with them in the home. For safety, we do ask that any aggressive animals be placed in a secure area.
