Regular Cleaning

Payment & hourly rate

Residential service is $180 per hour for a team of three. The $180 minimum covers the first hour. After that, service is billed at $3 per minute.

Save more as a recurring client

First cleaning at the standard rate. Starting with your second cleaning:
Monthly: 5% off
Every two weeks: 10% off
Weekly: 15% off
Discounts apply to the residential hourly rate, including the first-hour minimum. The final amount is based on the time worked.

What's included

Our Regular Cleaning keeps your home fresh and looked after. It covers the everyday essentials: kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors, microwave inside and out; bathrooms cleaned and sanitized; dusting; light tidying; and all your floors vacuumed and mopped.

How much cleaning time do you think you'll need?

Most first cleanings run between 2 and 4 hours. You only pay for the time we actually use, so if we finish sooner, you pay less.

What would you like us to focus on or include?

Requested focus items are included in the selected cleaning time and do not have a separate add-on charge. We use one standard professional cleaning product line. If you prefer a specific product, including an eco-friendly one, you may provide it. The team can use it only if it is safe and suitable for the task and surface.

This is an estimate to get us started. Your final price is based on the time we actually work, billed by the minute once we pass the minimum. The office will review your request and confirm your appointment. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. With less notice, cancellations, reschedules, and lockouts may be charged 50% of the scheduled cleaning. We can waive one late cancellation or reschedule per client each calendar year. Lockouts and no-access visits do not qualify for that waiver.
