How Recurring House Cleaning Works
Choose weekly, biweekly or monthly visits based on your household and the upkeep you do between appointments. Residential service starts at $180 for the first hour with a team of three. Additional time is billed at $180 per hour for the entire team, prorated at $3 per minute.
Starting with the second eligible recurring residential cleaning, weekly visits receive a 15% discount, biweekly visits 10% and monthly visits 5%. The discount applies to both the first-hour minimum and time after the first hour. The first cleaning uses the standard rate. Existing clients keep their agreed rates.

What is included in a recurring visit?
Standard cleaning covers agreed kitchen, bathroom, dusting, floor and surface tasks. Tell us about priorities such as making beds, folding laundry, oven or fridge interiors, interior windows or baseboards before scheduling so the office can review the work and time needed.
How does the first-hour minimum work?
The standard residential minimum is $180 for the first hour of three-person team time, even when a visit takes less than an hour. Eligible recurring discounts start with the second cleaning and also reduce that minimum. Additional time is billed by the minute at the applicable rate. Approved additional charges may apply.
How do I choose a visit frequency?
Consider your rooms, household routine and the cleaning you handle between visits. Contact the office to discuss weekly, biweekly or monthly options and appointment availability.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Recurring service does not require a long-term contract. Changes and cancellations are subject to the notice requirements in our service policies.
How do I share cleaning preferences?
Tell the office about your priorities, access instructions and surfaces that need specific care before the visit. Team arrangements and appointment details are confirmed by the office.
Which products do you use?
We use one standard professional cleaning product line. We do not supply a separate eco-friendly or pet-friendly product line. If you want a particular product used, please provide it and discuss it with us before the visit. The team may decline a product that is unsuitable for the task or surface.
