What if something is damaged during a service?
If you believe something was damaged, tell us in writing within 24 hours with photos and details. We’ll review it under our Terms of Service.

If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean that area at no charge, scheduled at the next available time.

WHERE WE SERVE:
Pricing starts at $180
Every visit starts at $180, which covers the first hour with a team of three. In that time we do our standard cleaning (kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, floors and surfaces), or we spend it on whatever matters most to you: beds made, inside the oven or fridge, interior windows, baseboards. Laundry can be added on request and counts toward the service time. After that we bill $180 per hour for the three person team, prorated to the minute, so you only pay for the time we are actually in your home.
Rates shown are minimums for residential service. Your final quote depends on the size of your home, its condition, and any add-ons.
