Do you handle linens and restocking?
Discuss linen changes, towels and restocking requests with the office before the visit. Provide the linen sets and supplies you want used. These tasks depend on the agreed scope and the items available at the property.
What if the previous guest left damage or a mess?
Tell the office about any known damage, unusual conditions or areas needing additional attention. These details can affect access, cleaning scope and the estimate.
How much does Airbnb cleaning cost in Seattle?
Request an estimate with the size, condition and requested tasks for your rental. Residential cleaning starts at $180 for the first hour with a team of three. After the first hour, the residential team rate is $180 per hour, prorated at $3 per minute. Add-ons and ride fees are unchanged.
