Smart Cleaning Service™ started on June 23, 2016, with one team, one vehicle, and a simple idea: show up on time, clean like it’s our own home, and communicate like real people. Ten years later, that idea hasn’t changed — it just reaches more homes.

We grew the slow, honest way: one client telling a neighbor, one building manager recommending us to another, one family keeping us for years. No shortcuts — just consistency, trust, clear communication, and quality on every single visit.

Smart Cleaning Service™ is owned and led by Wilker Sales and Mayene — a family that lives here, works here, and answers the phone here. We’re based in Kirkland and proud to serve the Greater Seattle Area and the Eastside, the same community where we shop, drive our kids around, and wave at clients in the grocery store.

What We Focus On

Our specialty is keeping homes and workplaces consistently clean — not just clean once. Most of our clients are on recurring house cleaning plans: weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits with the same team and the same checklist. Many start with a deep cleaning to reset the home, then switch to a regular schedule to keep it that way. We also care for apartments and condos, and provide recurring office and janitorial cleaning for small offices, clinics, and studios across the Eastside.
