An Eastside cleaning plan should start with your home or workplace, not a broad list of services from unrelated providers. Explain the property’s size, condition, access rules and the areas that matter most before requesting a quote.
Plan recurring home cleaning
Weekly, biweekly and monthly visits can fit different household routines. Discuss kitchens, bathrooms, floors and accessible surfaces, along with any additional priorities. The first visit may need different attention from later maintenance. Choose a schedule based on how you use your home and the upkeep you manage between appointments.
Plan office cleaning
For a Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland or Redmond office, list restrooms, breakrooms, meeting rooms, entry floors and accessible work surfaces. Explain when the building permits entry and any areas the team should avoid. Confirm the work and available schedule before booking.
Understand hourly team pricing
Residential cleaning starts at $180 for the first hour with the entire team of three. Additional time is $180 per hour, prorated at $3 per minute. Starting with the second cleaning, recurring residential discounts are 15% weekly, 10% biweekly and 5% monthly. The discount applies to the first-hour minimum and additional time. Existing clients keep their agreed rates.
Commercial cleaning is $225 per hour for the three-person team, with a $225 first-hour minimum and $3.75 per minute after that. Post-construction cleaning is $300 per hour for the three-person team, with a $300 first-hour minimum and $5 per minute after that. On hourly visits, extra tasks count toward the cleaning time and are not charged separately as add-ons. Fixed-price add-ons apply only to recurring clients on an agreed flat rate when a task is outside the usual scope. Any applicable ride fee remains separate.
Keep the service scope clear
We do not offer carpet extraction, steam cleaning, deep upholstery cleaning, pressure washing or exterior window cleaning. A standard quote should not be treated as confirmation of specialist equipment, clinical service, pest control or remediation.
Discuss products and access
We use one standard line of professional cleaning products. We don’t supply a separate eco-friendly or pet-friendly product line. If you want a specific product used, please supply it and discuss it with the office before the visit. The team may decline products that aren’t suitable for the task or surface.
Share parking, elevator and entry rules before the visit. For home visits, we send you a message when we’re on our way and another when the cleaning is finished.
